bayLURE Terms of Use

bayLURE is provided by Elton Yang ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What bayLURE is — and isn't

bayLURE turns public weather, water and tide data into fishing forecasts and suggestions. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees: check official weather and marine warnings before you go out, and follow your state's fishing regulations (the app links to them, but the official source governs). You are responsible for your own safety and for any fish you keep.

bayLURE Pro

• What it is. An optional upgrade that adds the full 7-day forecast, unlimited saved spots, presets and catch-log entries, and removes the ad. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Billing. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the shown price until cancelled. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled first.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app (Guide → bayLURE Pro → Manage subscription) or in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Your data stays yours. Spots, presets and catches you saved remain readable whether or not you subscribe.

Your content

Catches, photos, spots and presets stay on your device. You own them.

Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue features and update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date. Data sources are operated by third parties and may be unavailable; when that happens the app says so rather than guessing.
